Policies – Sweedie Kids



Most items are ready to ship and will ship within four business days. Sometimes we run low on stock and it may take a couple of extra days to get it out the door. All orders ship via Chit Chats (International and Domestic). Please note International orders cannot be tracked online once they leave Canada and delivery times vary based on country. Sweedie Kids is not responsible for customs or VAT taxes. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Sweedie Kids always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages that go missing via Chit Chats or USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.  Packages that weren’t received but are marked as delivered by USPS are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office Branch to track down. Please look around, check with your neighbors or your back door -- sometimes packages are left where you would least expect it. If your package does not turn up, please contact your delivery-person for details of where/when they left your package.




While all sales are final, please contact the shop if you are unhappy with your purchase. Happy customers is our number one goal so we can always work something out ;-) Just make sure you contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order. Merchandise has to be in unworn, unwashed condition for us to be able to work with you.
